The spacious family room offered a comfortable sitting area and a serene view of the river, providing an ideal atmosphere for relaxation, especially for my elderly parents. I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff, who not only ensured a warm welcome but also went above and beyond to send back my daughter's forgotten duvet and sheets, showcasing their commitment to exceptional service.
